About Director Sydney
Director Sydney graduated from USC with an English degree and a screenwriting minor. Her admission to USC School of Cinema’s screenwriting program which has a 3% acceptance rate gave her the chance to learn from top-class professors and a peek into the Hollywood network. She built a strong foundation of writing by studying screenwriting for two years and literary writing for another two years.
She has been an avid writer since eight-years-old, and she realized her passion for teaching while volunteering at a nonprofit organization for lower-income children. Her natural talent in teaching shone as she created her own teaching methods even as a college student and her ability to easily connect with others on a personal level make her a distinguished mentor.
Founded in 2016, Intuit College Prep has grown rapidly despite that it only offers courses on a single-subject, English, and expanded to three branches. Now its online class model attracts students from multiple U.S. states and other countries. In the midst of this growth, Director Sydney ensures that the quality of teaching and management remains consistent and that Intuit continues to deliver what the original business model aimed to.

Hi Sydney teacher! I just wanted to say that I had an English final where we had to read a speech and write an AP response essay (using rhetorical methods) but my school teacher never taught us how to do it. She mentioned that we could use ethos, pathos, logos, and diction in our essay but no one knew what it meant. Only I knew because I learned it from you! I ended up getting a 100% on my final and she used my essay as an example to the class bc she was impressed! I wanted to tell you this to thank you for teaching me so well and for all the practice! Ms.Sydney! Thank you so much for counseling me for three years and helping me with the college essays that almost killed me! I’m so so so thankful that you told me to start my own project because I honestly don’t think I could’ve gotten in [to her first-choice college] without it. I would’ve been lost without you because I didn’t have good ideas about activities for my resume. You’re so clear and logical when you teach and counsel, like when you tell me project ideas or essay ideas, I got it right away. I want to talk like that hahaha oh and thank you for always listening to my dramas lol I told you so many I’m cringing a little bit now but all the life advices you gave me were valuable.
